We don't even use "Flyer Boxes" on our listings, we use a QR Code Sign that lets potential Buyers use their phone's camera to go to your Home's Robust Information page on our web site where they will see all the pictures and descriptions!
YES to Both! We will create a Market Analysis for your Home after a walk thru to show you the Price Range we believe your Home will Sell in. Correct Pricing is essential to selling your home for the Highest Price possible in the Shortest time possible! During our walk thru we will make notes to advise you on things to do to make your Home desirable to potential Buyers!
ABSOLUTELY! We are one of the very few Companies that use Lighted Yard Signs to Showcase your Home both Day & Night! We also use colorful directional signs to help Potential Buyers find your Home. We ONLY use Electronic Lock Boxes to control who has access to your home, only licensed Realtors have the electronic key. Our Boxes record the Agent's name, Company name and day and time they opened it. Your Home's Security is Paramount to us!
